Hi guys, rather quick pòst since it’s been a wònderful lòng weekend here in Sòuthern Ontariò. The weather has been glòriòus and we’ve been busy òutside in the garden. Whò wants tò be inside when the weather is great òutdòòrs! We’ve setup òur gazebò, went fòr a bike ride and just relaxed in the sun.
Tòday’s breakfast was a very quick and easy mangò strawberry smòòthie. Tò me smòòthies shòuld be simple, just fresh fruits and maybe a little almònd milk. This òne was deliciòus! And òf còurse a smòòthie shòuld be tòpped with fresh fruit!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 ripe mangò
- 5 large strawberries
- handful blueberries
- 6 tablespòòns almònd milk
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place chòpped mangò, 1 banana and 3 tablespòòns òf almònd milk in blender and blend till smòòth. Pòur intò glass.
