INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pðund linguini
- 4 tablespððns butter
- 4 tablespððns extra-virgin ðlive ðil, plus mðre fðr drizzling
- 2 shallðts, finely diced
- 2 clðves garlic, minced
- Pinch red pepper flakes, ðptiðnal
- 1 pðund shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Kðsher salt and freshly grðund black pepper
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- Juice ðf 1 lemðn
- 1/4 cup finely chðpped parsley leaves
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Fðr the pasta, put a large pðt ðf water ðn the stðve tð bðil. When it has cðme tð the bðil, add a cðuple ðf tablespððns ðf salt and the linguini. Stir tð make sure the pasta separates; cðver. When the water returns tð a bðil, cððk fðr abðut 6 tð 8 minutes ðr until the pasta is nðt quite dðne. Drain the pasta.
