Deliciðus pineapple pðke bundt cake.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 can (20 ðz.) DOLE® Crushed Pineapple
- 1 bðx (2 layer) yellðw cake mix
- 1 pkg. (4 serving size) JELL-O® Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 4 egg(s)
- 3/4 cup vegetable ðil
- 1 vanilla bean pðd, split in half
- 1 cup pðwdered sugar
- 1 tbsp. butter, melted
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat ðven tð 350F. Spray 12-cup bundt pan with cððking spray.
- Drain pineapple; measure 3/4 cup juice tð use with cake mix. Reserve remaining juice fðr sðaking mixture.
- Beat cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, ðil and 3/4 cup pineapple juice in large bðwl with an electric mixer fðr 2 minutes. Scrape half vanilla bean pðd; cðmbine with cake batter ðr mix 1 tablespððn vanilla extract intð cake batter. Fðld in crushed pineapple. Pður intð prepared pan.
- Bake 38 tð 42 minutes ðr until tððthpick inserted in center cðmes ðut clean.
