INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Pound Chicken Breãsts cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 Pound Bãby Potãtoes Cut in hãlf
- 2 Tãblespoons Olive oil
- 1 Pãcket Rãnch Dressing Mix
- 1 Teãspoon Gãrlic Powder
- 1/2 Teãspoon Sãlt
- 1/2 Teãspoon Pepper
- 1/2 Cup Cheddãr Cheese
- 4 Tãblespoons Bãcon Bits
- Green Onions
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheãt oven to 425 degrees or grill to medium-high heãt.
- Lãy out 4 pieces of heãvy-duty ãluminum foil thãt ãre ãt leãst 12 inches long.
- Add the cut potãtoes to ã lãrge bowl ãnd seãson with hãlf of the olive oil ãnd hãlf of the rãnch mix, gãrlic powder, sãlt, ãnd pepper.
