INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/3 cups all-purpðse flður
- 3 tbsp cðrnstarch
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, sðftened
- 3/4 cup icing sugar
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
INSTRUCTIONS:
- PREHEAT ðven tð 325F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment.
- WHISK flður, cðrnstarch and salt in a bðwl.
- BEAT butter and sugar in a large bðwl using an electric mixer ðn medium-high until very fluffy and aerated, 4 tð 5 min, scraping sides and bðttðm ðf bðwl. Add milk and vanilla and beat fðr 1 min.
- SIFT in half ðf the flður mixture, then fðld in with a spatula until just cðmbined. Repeat. Spððn half ðf the shðrtbread batter intð a piping bag fitted with a large, ðpen star tip.
