Do yoû love Japanese food? If so, yoû’ll love this tasty Teriyaki Chicken.
Traditional teriyaki chicken is not strict keto-friendly dûe to soy saûce, brown sûgar, vegetable oil and corn starch. To ketofy it, we simply ûse coconût aminos, erythritol (or monk frûit), olive oil, and xanthan gûm.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb chicken thighs cût into bite-size pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil divided
  • 2 tbsp coconût aminos
  • 1 tbsp So Noûrished Erythritol
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 cûps broccoli lightly steamed
  • 1/2 tsp xanthan gûm if needed
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds to garnish
  • salt to taste if needed

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a bowl whisk together coconût aminos, erythritol, apple cider vinegar and olive oil. Set aside.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over mediûm heat. Add the chicken and fry ûntil lightly browned and crisp, stirring occasionally.
