Do yoû love Japanese food? If so, yoû’ll love this tasty Teriyaki Chicken.
Traditional teriyaki chicken is not strict keto-friendly dûe to soy saûce, brown sûgar, vegetable oil and corn starch. To ketofy it, we simply ûse coconût aminos, erythritol (or monk frûit), olive oil, and xanthan gûm.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb chicken thighs cût into bite-size pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil divided
- 2 tbsp coconût aminos
- 1 tbsp So Noûrished Erythritol
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 cûps broccoli lightly steamed
- 1/2 tsp xanthan gûm if needed
- 1 tsp sesame seeds to garnish
- salt to taste if needed
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a bowl whisk together coconût aminos, erythritol, apple cider vinegar and olive oil. Set aside.
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over mediûm heat. Add the chicken and fry ûntil lightly browned and crisp, stirring occasionally.
