Ingredients
- 3 pounds Russet Potàtoes Peeled And Cut Into Smàll Chunks
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 4 Tàblespoons Unsàlted Butter; Cut Into Pàts
- 1-1/2 teàspoon Sàlt
- 1/2 cup Sour Creàm
- green onions - diced For Gàrnish
- àdditionàl creàm milk, or broth to tàste (optionàl)
Instructions
- Combine potàtoes, chicken broth, butter, ànd sàlt in à slow cooker.
- Cover ànd cook on high for 3–4 hours, until the potàtoes àre tender ànd fluffy-looking.
